Our secretarial and clerical staff at Ideacasa have a lot of different duties related to the after-sales process of importing the furniture (which all comes from Italy).

This process includes ordering the goods from the various companies abroad, setting delivery appointments for clients, answering calls, data inputting, attend daily briefing meetings etc.
